is a Hermetic Inner Alchemy training aimed at restoring sovereignty of perception, and rebuilding trust between spirit, mind, emotions, and the nervous system. It is a field of practice and remembrance, drawing from Hermetic inner alchemy, Elastic Force Qi Gong (as taught by Sifu Mark Rasmus), teachings of Robert J. Gilbert and Elemental Body-Mind Integration somatic work.
The Earth element is the foundation chosen for this series because Earth is the “missing piece” in the most of the systems I have personally worked with as a bodymind practitioner. It is the element of grounding, containment, structure, manifestation, rhythm, health, material stability, order, nervous system safety, consistency, embodied self-trust, presence, humility, quietude, completion, moderation, and strength.
It is what makes spiritual experience livable, practical, and real.
We will work with Earth not as a concept, but as a living frequency — sensed and traced through the vital, astral, and mental planes. We ultimately will bring chosen qualities of the Earth into form as embodied character qualities.

Each session moves through a distinct plane of substance — vital, astral, mental — while held within the larger field of Earth.
The training integrates:
• Electromagnetic sensing of the vital field, using body mechanics drawn from Elastic Force Qi Gong
• Hermetic inner alchemy: working with Earth qualities as living forces
• Somatic practices: breathwork, fascia work, muscle dropping, nervous system regulation
• Integration of personally chosen Earth qualities into your character, deepened across the full training
Session 1 · Vital Plane
Sensing — Awakening electromagnetic perception. Entering the Earth field.
Session 2 · Astral Plane
Rooting — The emotional body meets Earth. Reinforcing chosen Earth qualities.
Session 3 · Mental Plane
Crystallizing — Vital and Astral planes meet Mental: 3 transformations. Landing thought in matter.
Session 4 · Integration
Deepening — How all planes work together for inner state change and manifestation of qualities.
Session 5 · Working with Nature
Completing — Tree Qi Gong and the living intelligence of the Earth.
Five sessions of approximately 90 minutes each, offered on Zoom. Each session holds a theory block and a practice block. Sessions build on each other.
We will have a connection and support group in Telegram.
Practices will be guided in a way that requires a quiet space, a chair or floor, and the capacity to sense. The last session is meant to be practiced outdoors; if conditions do not apply in your case, visualization and mental transference will be used as the primary instruments.
