My whole coaching experience with Vasi has been truly transformative. And we aren't done yet. Her integrity is like a pillar I can build my own on. She reflects and holds the parts of myself that I’m not aware of or not integrating fully. It’s not easy for me to be vulnerable but I am finally able to surrender to my inner emotional work thanks to her capacity to hold space for me to feel safe in. I suspect her to own a spiritual equivalent of a Mary Poppins bag, as she can consistently bring the right tools and pieces of wisdom to any situation. From her toolbox, I'd like to particulartly highlight the aftersession recap with insights and homework, which I find extremely valuable. If you’re looking for someone to guide you through the shadowy intricacies of inner transformation, Vasi may just be the light bringer you were waiting for.

To open up and be seen and heard is not a small thing. I felt a rigid tense feeling in our first sessions, something Vasi gently guided me through. She made me feel truly accepted, and more than that. With her guidance I’m heading towards the self I want to be. The questions I’ve worked with inspires me greatly and it feels possible to become the person I’ve dreamt of becoming. Through the tools of meditation, being in the body and truly feeling, I’ve become closer to myself. The meditations that Vasi holds has always created this truly deep meditative state for me which has been so extremely comforting. I will never forget how landscapes and a future self comforted me, while Vasi guided me in a visualization. It is something I will come back to during my own meditations, time and time again.

Working with Vasi made me feel safe and supported from our first session. What stands out for me the most is her warmth and ability to hold space for me no matter how challenging my circumstances and emotions seemed to be at the time. Her presence and guidance enabled me to face feelings I couldn’t face on my own and to process them somatically during our sessions which helped me A LOT. In between sessions she provided me with outstanding support and really went above and beyond sharing her compassion and her wisdom.
